Decorative glass / A material heritage
About POBO
Rooted in decorative glass since 1989.
POBO Group traces its roots to 1989. Its historical focus brings together decorative glass, architectural materials and customized applications.

Material. Light. Space.
POBO brings together design, research and development, production, sales and service, with a focus on decorative glass, architectural materials and customized applications.
A material perspective
A material we
keep exploring.
Glass holds more than a single view. It can carry colour, catch a reflection or let the space beyond remain part of the composition. Texture adds another distance of attention: something noticed across a room, then understood more closely. These relationships keep the material open to interpretation. A surface belongs to its light, to the objects around it and to the person moving past it. Exploring glass begins with those ordinary encounters, and with the possibilities they suggest for a space.

02Decorative glass focus
A surface.A spatial possibility.
Colour, pattern, texture and light offer different ways to approach an architectural surface. The six collection families provide a material starting point for interiors and customized applications.

03Manufacturing philosophy
Attention toevery detail.
From a material sample to a considered detail, each project begins with questions of appearance, application and specification. Process and quality requirements are established around the project brief.

↗Working with material
A perspective for architecture and interiors.
A material approach
Begin with what the surface contributes to a space. Colour, pattern and texture are useful when they relate to proportion, light and the materials around them. The collection archive offers different ways to start that discussion, from a broad architectural plane to an edge seen close at hand.
A shared conversation
Architects, interior designers and project teams bring different questions to the same material. An overall view, a detail drawing and a physical sample help connect those perspectives. The aim is to carry a visual intention into a conversation about the actual application, with the relevant requirements made clear.
From appearance to detail
A surface choice belongs alongside decisions about panel size, joints, supports and the setting in which it will be used. The process discussion brings those questions together. Material, production and quality requirements are reviewed around the brief rather than inferred from a single photograph.
06Our values
Care, in the everyday.
The way a material is developed, a conversation is carried forward and time is shared all contribute to the character of a business.
Material & Craft
A surface is understood through making. Colour samples, patterned panels and the attention given to an edge connect an architectural idea with the physical qualities of glass.
Collaboration & People
A useful material conversation brings together the room, the sample and the people shaping the project. Listening to those different perspectives helps refine the next decision.
Responsibility & Community
Care also extends beyond the panel. The company’s community photographs and record of appreciation offer a grounded view of participation, alongside its day-to-day work with glass.

People behind POBO
Time together.
Team gatherings offer another view of POBO, alongside the surfaces and spaces we make. Working together begins with attention: to a colleague, to an idea, and to the details that connect one stage with the next.

07Community engagement
Time shared beyond work.
The company archive records community visits and moments shared with older members of the community. These photographs offer a personal scale alongside the architectural work.

Recognition & participation
A message of thanks.
A January 2026 appreciation plaque from Foshan Kangrun Elderly Care Services recognises JYC’s community contribution. It records a particular acknowledgement, alongside the activity photographs in the company archive.
